	TinselVision’s “Free Star TV” Contest Rules Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or claim prize. The TinselVision Free Star TV Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all legal U.S. residents (except residents of Rhode Island), Canadian residents (except residents of Quebec), residents of the Republic of India and residents of the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, except employees of Tinsel Cinema, LLC, a company organized under the Laws of the State of Delaware, USA, (“Sponsor”) and their affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of each. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations. How to enter: To enter, visit www.tinselvision.com and view a short Star TV video, correctly answer one (1) multiple choice question based on the video, and submit the registration form located at the website. To be eligible for the Contest, online entries must be received between 12:01 AM, Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on May 14, 2008 and 11:59 PM EST on June 13, 2008 (the “Contest Period”). Only entries that correctly answer the multiple choice question will be eligible for the random drawing. Only one (1) entry per person/email address; entries with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses for a single individual will be disqualified. All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Prizes (5): Five (5) winners will receive a Sony Cyber Shot DSCT300/B Camera. (ARV for each prize: $399.99). Winner will be responsible for all expenses not specifically included herein, and all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winners or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value. Selection of winner: Winners will be determined in a random drawing on or about June 23, 2008 (from among all eligible entries submitted during the Contest Period) conducted by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Winners will be notified by telephone, mail or e-mail on or about June 30, 2008, and will be given instructions on how to claim prize. Winners will be required to claim the prize within ten (10) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If an eligible winner is a Canadian resident, such winner will have to answer an unaided, time-limited math skill-testing question as a condition to receiving a prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Release of Liability: By participating, you release Sponsor and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Contest and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are in no matter responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, Contest entrant agrees that, by entering the Contest (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses. By participating in the Contest, the Entrant has expressly agreed to be bound and governed by the U.S. Federal Laws, State and local Laws of the State of Virginia and regulations of the U.S.A. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest. By participating in the Contest, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Contest.
